Phi Phi Diving - Day trips from Phi Phi
You can easily stay on Phi Phi and make daily dive trips to all local dive sites from there with the Phi Phi Scuba Diving Center. Trips to Koh Bida Nok, Koh Bida Nai, Maya Bay, Losamah Bay and other sites are quick and easy. There are morning and sometimes afternoon trips with 2 dives per trip. There are also trips almost daily to the King Cruiser Wreck and Shark Point. In the high season, there are regular speedboat day trips to the remote pinnacles at Hin Daeng and Hin Muang.

Diving Day Trips from Phuket to Phi Phi
Sample the Best Dive Sites of Phi Phi
Phi Phi is some 45km from Phuket, just about within reach of a day trip. The dive boats in this area are large, spacious and not very fast, so the trip from Chalong Bay to Phi Phi takes about 3 hours. If you like short rides, it's best to stay on Phi Phi and dive from there. A much faster trip is possible from Phuket on our excellent Speedboat Dive Tours - these are a little more expensive, but you get more for your money! There are several different dive boats running trips from Phuket with 2 or 3 dives on the trip. Pick up is from your hotel in Phuket at around 8am (exact time depends where you stay), and you return at about 5:30pm (2 dive trip) or 7:00pm (3 dive trip).

Important Note - these trips depart from and return to Phuket. Drop off in Phi Phi is not possible. The dive sites used are normally Koh Bida Nok and Koh Bida Nai, about 10km from the town in Tonsai Bay. If you are lucky you can find another boat there to take you to town, or you can ask the captain to call a longtail for you - this may cost you 1,000 Baht or more!
