Overnight Dive Trips from Phuket
The remote dive sites of Hin Daeng and Hin Muang, which lie about 55km south of Phi Phi are two of the best sites in Thailand. Over the last few seasons, these dive sites have offered the best chance of big fish sightings - whale sharks, manta rays and even whales cruise past these deep pinnacles. Not as famous as the Similan Islands, there are just a few boats that dive here regularly, including some day trips from Ko Lanta, and a couple of liveaboards from Phuket.
We offer something new - an overnight trip from Phuket, with 6 dives and hotel stay in Phi Phi. The diving is done from "Ocean Lovers", a custom built speedboat, taking only 10 divers, so you are guaranteed a small group. The first day's diving is at Hin Daeng and Hin Muang, with day 2 around the Phi Phi Islands.
 
Hin Daeng/Hin Muang Overnight Trips - The Boat
The 40 ft "Ocean Lovers" speedboat has been custom built to take a small group of divers on overnight or day trips to more remote dive sites. Aside from the Hin Daeng trips, you are welcome to ask us about chartering this boat for day trips to Phi Phi, Racha Noi or the Similan Islands. She takes only 10 divers, with a cruising speed of 25 knots, making the trip from Phuket to Hin Daeng in about 2 hours. She carries 24 tanks and has an onboard compressor. Tanks are stored in specially designed racks. There is also a marine toilet and shower on board.
Overnight Accommodation on Phi Phi Island
You stay overnight at the Phi Phi BayView resort (as we also use for our Phi Phi Overnight Trip). The resort bungalows are built on the hillside overlooking Tonsai Bay. This trip does not include a night dive, so you will get plenty of time on the island in the evening - a BBQ dinner is included in the trip price, as well as breakfast at the hotel.
