Mermaid 1 has been operating in Thailand since 2001, and the owners consistently keep up a high standard, always making additions and improvements. This is one of the most luxurious liveaboards you can find in Asian waters. Mermaid 1 will be relocating to Indonesia fron June 2011 onwards running trips around Komodo and Raja Ampat. With only 15 guests on this large boat, there is plenty of room to relax between dives. Nitrox is available, and Mermaid has has those little extras like warm towels after the dives, kayaks available and eggs cooked to order at breakfast time.

The 15 guests on Mermaid 1 sleep in a variety of cabins. On the main deck are 4 deluxe cabins - double or twin, and a larger Master cabin at the front of the boat. There is also a single cabin. On the lower deck you find 2 budget cabins with twin bunks. All cabins have aircon and en suite bathrooms. The spacious main salon and dining room is on the upper deck behind the wheelhouse and captains cabin.
